An order is accepted when the payment goes through and you receive the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be out of stock after that, we contact you and refund it in full. Photographs show the actual item. Ownership and risk pass to the buyer when the carrier hands the parcel over. Returns and shipping are covered by the separate pages linked in the footer.
